Why am I getting Access TO Path Denied error when opening Image Manager?

 

If you load a read-only image file into the Image Manager, it is unable to clear its temporary working directory the next time it starts up. You can take these steps to manually clear the read-only temporary image(s).
 
1. Open My Documents.
2. Open the My RealEasy Appraisals folder.
3. Open the Image Manager folder.
4. Open the TempImages folder.
5. Delete any files contained within.
 
You will now be able to access the Image Manager.
